Delivery
Delivery is available daily from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
- Free delivery - from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, without a specific delivery time;
- Delivery at a specified time - from UAH 150 to UAH 350, depending on the time of day and selected delivery window;
- Urgent delivery within 1–2 hours - UAH 250.
Delivery in Kyiv:
Delivery to Kyiv’s suburbs costs UAH 290, while delivery within the Kyiv region starts at UAH 790, depending on the distance from the city centre.
Photo report
The courier takes a photo of the bouquet or floral arrangement at the delivery address. You can request this service when placing your order — it is provided free of charge. You can also request a photo of the finished bouquet before it is dispatched. The salon manager will send the photo via Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram, or email.
