Оформлював замовлення напередодні сімейного свята. Квіти отримав свіжі, ароматні, пишні. Обраний варіант складений охайно, білі троянди виглядали розкішно та презентабельно. Доставка букету по місту Київ на лівий берег відбулася вчасно, без запізнень, що безперечно тішило. Проте під час спілкування з менеджером було враження, що мене не слухають та щось інше роблять. Два рази зв’язок переривався. Рослинам ставлю вищий бал, а от рівень комунікації варто підтягнути.

Моє любе серце обожнює пісню про «Білі троянди». Та ще й народилась в один день з Шатуновим. Тому цей подарунок їй дуже сподобався. Здивований, що швидко доставили квіти, бо у цей день були пробки як у тому році. І ціна адекватна нашим реаліям. Жалко, що не всі люди цінують такий сервіс та виручають торгашів на ринку. Сказали, что доставка будет в течение 3-4 -х часов с учетом пробок, "час пик". Однако курьер через 2.5 часа был уже на месте. Девушки на месте не оказалось, пришлось подождать...курьер сам созвонился с ней и доставил на соседнюю улицу, она была у родителей. Не оставил у консьержки, а вручил в руки. Спасибо большое за понимание, излишние хлопоты и человеческое отношение к клиентам. Сервис 5+++
